Is there a way to stop my apple watch from making random phone calls?

Ever since I purchased my new apple watch it has started to make random phone calls. I never had this problem with my older version. Is there a way to prevent this from happening without turning off the phone opton?

Lockdown mode prevents notifications about incoming phone calls on Apple Watch to appear When Lockdown mode is activated on my iPhone (running iOS 16.3) my Apple Watch 6 (running WatchOS 9.3) stops notifying me about incoming phone calls. Any other notification works as before just the incoming phone calls are not reported. Disabling Lockdown mode makes the incoming calls work again on the Apple Watch. Is this a known bug or limitation?

Apple Watch is ringing for phone calls even though it’s off my wrist I have an Apple Watch Series 7 and a iPhone 15 pro. Scenario, at work my watch gives me notifications etc. mirroring my phone. Come home take watch off put it on charger. Now I’m in another part of my home and I get a phone call, but I don’t know that I’m getting a phone call because my phone is silent, because my watch is still getting the notifications. I have missed many phone calls because of this. I have found that if I turn off Bluetooth then my phone will ring. This is a problem because I have security that relies upon the Bluetooth.

How do I stop my watch from answering phone calls I only want to answer phone calls on my phone and not my watch
