Prevent info pop up in ipados 16.6 when viewing photos

Every time i touch a photo to move it, an annoying pop up appears which I don’t need

How can I remove the blue frame from my inserted photos in Pages? My iPad recently has started adding a blue frame around any pics I insert into pages. I've tried disabling this under switch control etc but it doesn't work. Does anyone know how to remove it? Thanks [Re-Titled by Moderator] Original Title: Blue frame around photos in pages
