How Can I Transfer Up To Date iPhone Music to Old iTunes Library?

Long story, but I lost files on my Windows 10 pc, including my iTunes music library. Luckily I was able to salvage everything from a back up hard drive, but the iTunes library is an older backup and I've since added a decent amount of music (CDs & new playlists) just recently. My phone has the latest sync. Is there ANY way to save my (latest) music library from iPhone to PC so my iTunes library can be up to date again? If not, it will be a lot of work to make up.

I've pretty much read syncing will always favor the iTunes library, in which case I'll lose all the new stuff on my phone and it will virtually turn into the same outdated music library that now lives on my pc...
