Every time I export my project which is an hour and 12 minutes long, the first minute produces a beep, like a warning beep, one second long and I have replace the video and the beep then shows up at another point, again in the first one minute. Does anybody know why this is happening. It's so frustrating. Thanks for your help.

You were told to delete the preferences but on re-reading your original post it looks as though you may not have done so. In case you didn't, here is what you do.
Close FCP.
Hold down and keep holding down the Option and Command keys as you launch FCP.
When this window appears click Delete Preferences.
FCP will open with a new Library named "Untitled" so you will have to navigate to the project you were working on and open it.

Yes. Apple gave me some tools as it seems to crop up every now and then. The problem originated with footage I mined on the internet. I did receive permission to use the footage but some came from twitter and some from youtube. In any event, I was made to start a new project and import that footage one by one into separate project time lines to see where the problem was. Now I have to do this with every single video and audio segment that produced that beep. Fortunately, the beep occurs in the same spot every time so i know that it's from the mined footage. Lesson here is be careful what footage you incorporate into your timeline. Thanks for your assistance with this. Cheers!
The “mined” footage is probably heavily compressed as Raider suggested and should be converted before importing.
What tools did Apple give you?
Could you export a short section of the video where the problem is and upload it to YouTube or Vimeo or some other way to share it?
They just gave me direction like I mentioned in the previous post - to create a new project for every suspected video or audio issue and export it to determine which file is causing the beep.
That may never work. In an edited project no single file may be causing the problem, but a combination of files mixed or adjacent may be the issue, especially when combining a mixture of formats
Yes, it started again. This time it's happening on my main project instead of the short one. I deleted preferences but it did nothing. I have a scheduled phone call with Apple this morning and hope they can help. Thanks again.
The tech said it could anything from hot audio levels to other problems with the source files like copyright infringement, (although I'm not sure how that would work) , and that's why you have to use reductive analysis.
Maybe later. I'm sure apple will resolve it for me. If not I will do that.

I wonder if it has something to do with editing or transcoding some highly compressed media.
My fcpx export is producing a beep in one part of the audio.
