Apple authentication codes for instagram not working

I’ve been trying to log in my instagram account and using the apple authentication codes but none of them are working. I know my username and password but It keeps saying “something went wrong. please try again”. I’ve tried deleting and downloading the app again and again and even shutting my phone off but nothing helps. And I’m here crying because I don’t know where I can contact apple and instagram directly and I need to log in my instagram asap. Please please please someone help me asap.
