Good afternoon, I would like to know is it normal that my iPhone 11 is heated from social networks videos on YouTube, etc.? not really and strongly but it is felt that hot is the norm or not? Tell me please

iphone 15 heating As of September 24th, I have had the Iphone 15 (the base model) for 2 days. My daily usage has been regular no excessive usage or abnormal circumstances. But I notice that a browsing session more than 20 minutes the device becomes hot. I have to stop using for a couple of minutes to have a "cool" down period. Is this just a normal "indexing" period or getting used to the daily usage for the device or am I looking at a battery issue?
