using iMac 24 display for windows laptop

I have iMAC 24(Mumbai_1, 4 ports).

Can I use iMac monitor as a display for my windows laptop. If yes then please let me know how.

Nope, 24" iMac's do not support Target Display Mode for other Mac's or PC's.

There are third party solutions like Duet Displays and Luna Display, but those are not the same as using an external display.

I assume that you're talking about the iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021). It can drive a single external display with resolution of up to 6K, but cannot itself act as a hardware monitor for another computer.
