Apple Photos App iPhone - Deleting files automatically

Hello Community,

I am experiencing a problem with my Photos App on my iPhone (XR) - IOS 16. The Photos App is automatically deleting images (I counted 90) from the app.

Anyone experiencing this issue as well?

it seems that Apple is experiencing issues with the Photos app as well as stored files on the iCloud (see my other post on this)

I hope for more information on this topic.
