We'd be happy to help. You've completed some great troubleshooting steps. At this point, we recommend trying to charge your iPhone using a different cable to see if the issue continues. If the issue continues with a different cable and the same power adapter, it may be the cable or the device. Keep in mind that the direction in which plug in the Lightning cable and USB cable can also be part of the issue. For example, if one side of the connector is damaged it may not work when plugged in a certain way.
