Xfinity Mobile incorrect data usage?

I switched to a different Xfinity Mobile Plan, going from By The Gig to Unlimited (up to 20gigs before slow down happens). On my iPhone it shows 7.9 GBs of cellular data use and the Xfinity app shows over 16 GBs. I reset my cellular data stats at the beginning of my billing period. I tried calling Xfinity but they were unfortunately unhelpful. Anyone else have a similar problem?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. The information showing on your device for cell data usage is cumulative, and when you reset it, it's only going to show the data you used after you reset. Check the section "View how much data you're using" for more details: Use cellular data on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


For the most updated details about your cellular data usage, you will want to continue to work with your carrier.

I just got the Iphone 15 pro max 4 months ago. It is saying I am using more then double every month then my Iphone 12 pro max I had on verizon for 3 Years.... Anyone else having issues? Xfinity Keeps blowing me off after hours on then phone. Apple ran tests on my phone and said everthng is ok and data usage is controlled by the provider.. they are saying I went through 30 gigs in 14 day when my phone says 25 and I never used more then 15GB in a month on verizon. WTH is going on?
