i had insuffitcient funds on day of renewal of subscriptions and i cant update the same card

I had insuffitient funds on card linked to my appleid on the day that subscriptions were supposed to renew. When i tried to update the card next day when i added the funds, i got a message saying that payment method was declined. Then i deleted that payment method to try to ‘restart’ it and i get ‘payment method is declined’ message again. I tried everything that is given by apple support app.

what sould i do?

That is the problem. I cannot ADD the card no matter what i do. no matter what i do i get that info that payment method is declined. After that message ‘sing in to appleid’ bubble pops up and when i type my id and pass it repeats that ‘payment method declined’ message.

i hope that someone had similar issue and managed to resolve it. I followed every step from the support page before asking here..
