I can’t pay my Apple Music with my Apple account and it keep saying that I need a credit card or PayPal, but I don’t have a credit card, I just want to play with my Apple account like always but now I can’t

I want to pay my Apple Music. But I can’t, because every time I try to pay the only methods to pay is with a credit card or PayPal. But I always pay with Apple Card with my Apple account, and I can’t pay my Apple music now, and I don’t know what to do and I need help
