why are my bars so low on my phone?

my phone is slow on the wifi and off the wifi and my phone bill is paid and also tho internet is paid

How can I fix the slow loading problem on my iPhone running iOS 17.5? Your data speed is 100% dependent on the speed of your carrier’s network for cellular data, and on your ISP’s network for Wi-Fi connections.
