Find an app that someone has downloaded and signed you into

Someone has downloaded whatsapp and made a false account for me, how can I fine it and delete it?

Was i hacked? This is probably an old question but i am new to apple.. How do i delete an alias that i did not create? I discovered this alias on my iphone app store id. But not my ipad. Upon discovery i shut down my devices and signed out of the app store.

“Downloaded” … to your iPhone? Aren’t you the only person ever to use your Apple ID? And isn’t this the only Apple ID ever used on this iPhone?
