Bluetooth shuts down after several seconds

To clarify, does the Bluetooth option in Settings or the Control Center grey out, to where you cannot toggle it back on?

If so, we'd advise restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

After which, if the issue persists contact Apple to have your device inspected for a potential hardware issue.
