iPhone just decided to stop working, for no apparent reason. one minute it was working next minute it went to Apple Logo and would not start up.

i can't get the iPhone 7 to get off of the Apple Logo or support page, can not see page where it gives me options to update or restore. So how? Also PC it is connected to does not see the iPhone, (iTunes freezes up).
