how do I get rid of that running man in the upper right hand corner of my apple watch?

there is a running man icon in the upper right hand of my apple watch and I keep getting messages that there is not enough storage so I need to remove either photo's or music from my watch. I can't get that running man to stop and I believe its draining my battery
