IPhone Health App

Is there a way to manually add exercise minutes? How to do it? For instance, I want to add water aerobics class minutes. I do not have an Apple Watch.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Hi DC_BWalter,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Yes, you can add a workout in the Health app on your iPhone. The following from How to manually add a workout in the Health app - Apple Support walks through that process.

"Add a workout

  1. On your iPhone, open the Health app.
  2. Tap Browse, then tap Activity.
  3. Tap Workouts, then tap Add Data in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Enter your workout details. To earn Move credit, enter the total calories burned. To earn Exercise credit, enter the start and end time for your workout.
  5. Tap Add."

All the best.
