I have an iPhone 13 running most current iOS. I use mail from the cloud to sync with my iPad and Mac. IPad & Mac are working fine. IPhone suddenly quit today. Message “Cannot get mail. Connection to server failed” appears, on iPhone.

If still having issues after going through the steps above, try testing the issue while connected to another Wi-Fi network, or try using just a cellular network connection. Based on the alert you're receiving this could narrow the cause of the issue down to the network you're connected with.

My iPhone picked up some mail but only up through 11:18 am today. It is now 6:18 pm. Most of the mail I had already deleted using my iPad. I really don’t understand what is happening here. I’ve rebooted my phone multiple times but have seen no change. I have no idea when the phone picked up more mail or why it picked up only some mail.
