I want Permanently no subtitles

On the Apple TV box, you can set Subtitles to default to Off. You can additionally set Closed Captions to default to Off. You can additionally set the Accessibility Shortcut to not include CC, or disable that altogether (deselect all shortcut functions) to not invoke it accidentally.
