We see you need help with missing photos you believe should show in iCloud. Since you aren't seeing them after upgrading your storage, you will also want to make sure iCloud Photos is enabled on your iPhone: If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app

On your iPhone or iPad

1. Go to Settings > [your name], then tap iCloud.

2. Tap Photos.

3. Turn on iCloud Photos.

You can also check for them at the iCloud website directly.

If they show there, the issue is specific to syncing them to your iPhone. If you still aren't seeing them even at the iCloud website, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly. You can reach them here: Get Support
