How can i ensure my refund gets accepted?

I recently submitted a refund for multiple subscription charges.5 total charges, 3 different apps total. I’m worried that apple will think it’s dishonest, ultimately denying me. Who do I contact in order to explain my reasons, specifically for each app?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

It is up to Apple. I don't know if anything you could say would influence their decision.


We are all Apple users, like yourself, in this community, so no-one here can see your accounts.


If the subscriptions were for Apple products ... Apple will let you know their decision.

If an app-developer has your money, it may be up to their refund policy whether or not money gets returned.

The best source of help for a product not made by Apple (a third-party product) is the company or person who made it—its vendor or developer:
