We would like to have our business name displayed to customers Apple devices when we call them, it currently works for Android devices
This is typically a carrier setting. Google and Samsung provide technically unsupported workarounds.

Have you been able to try reaching out to the associated phone carrier? In this case the carrier may be in the best position regarding providing guidance for Caller ID.
As a note, when calling on an iPhone the option to show Caller ID may be found within Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID.

Thanks, the our calling number is displayed, we want our company name displayed instead, we have configured our Google account to display our name on Android devices
So Apple doesn't have an equivalent service to Google or Samsung SmartCall for this to work?
