Cashback 4000 after 120 days still not received

I had purchased iphone 14 at May 1st from HDFC Credit Card with offer of 4000 cashback after 120 days. Today 120 days are ended and the cashback of 4000 still not received

Hello rushabh24,

We, just users like you, are not aware of your transactions with HDFC bank or Apple.

I suggest that you contact that bank and/or Apple ( Contact Apple for support and service ) about that problem.
