I live in the UK and my bank account/card is compatible with apple pay. I also have an Iphone 13 with the most recent ios update but still cannot add my card to my wallet to use for apple pay.

Just checked and it appears my region was set as american samoa. All is working now thank you for your help
Is the bank a U.K. bank? Have you travelled outside U.K. recently?
It is a UK bank however whenever I press to add my card it won’t even let me put in my card details
