Apple id not active
My apple id is not active. How can I activate?
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes > [Allow]

I do not think that is Screen Time issue. An "inactive Apple ID" message is a not uncommon issue usually posted to the Apple ID forum with a well recognized solution: According to Apple Community Specialist Brittany1416 in thread Inactive Apple ID - Apple Community , please contact Apple Support for help with an "inactive" Apple ID.
