I would start by completely removing AVG anti-virus per vendor instructions and then rebooting your Mac. There are no known viruses outside of laboratories that can infect Macs; Windows viruses of which there are plenty, do not run on Macs, and the operating system itself is on a read-only filesystem. You are wasting CPU cycles running anti-virus and there are years of posts in these communities where A/V removal (all vendors) cleared up all manner of issues that existed beforehand.
The one tool you might consider (not the paid version) is MalwareBytes as it detects and removes adware and malware that you can unknowingly install by downloading software from non-vendor download sites. There is a 14-day MalwareBytes trial period and I usually run it once, uninstall it from its Help menu, and then reboot my Mac.

It would also be a good idea to update your Ventura to the current 13.5.1.
