Why wont my ipad pro wifi connect to the apple store

Ipad Pro WiFi wont connect to the Apple Store using home WiFi network. I have to use my Iphone as a personal hotspot and I'm not sure that is opening my Ipad up to be seen and allow other users to see my information. Why can't I connect to the Apple Store using WiFi. I have talked with Apple Support numerous times but this is still occurring. Frustrating when you spend that much money for a product and that happens.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 16

As described, your WiFi Router may be unexpectedly blocking access to one or more Apple resources - and for this reason you may have difficulty accessing some Apple services from your iPad while your Router is successfully passing traffic for other devices.

A restart of your WiFi Router may clear the connection issue.

To restart you home router, disconnect power - then wait at least 30 seconds before restarting. When you router has rebooted (which may take several minutes), force-restart your iPad:

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)

Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
