Adding the same text to multiple images easily

We send out before and after images to our customers. We add the words BEFORE and AFTER to corresponding images. We do this through the mark up feature for each image and it becomes very time consuming. Is there a way to save the text and add to the images as we go or another way to go about this? Thank you in advance for your input. We are using an Iphone 14 Pro Max.
