Fitness app prompts end workouts activity evert 4 mins

After the last update, the fitness app on my Apple Watch keeps promoting me every four and a half minutes, during activities with the message ‘End Workout ‘ which is very irritating when you are out running or walking long distances

has anyone else found this or a solution
