I’ve tried to do the settings and locations things that were recommend here in 2019, but it is not working. I have an iPhone 14, and I cannot get it to recognize where I am, even with my maps and location services on. I know it seems silly, but everything is expensive and if I can save a dollar on every pack I buy, it would make a huge difference.
Is the App still supported on the iPhone? I looked recently and again just now and it did not look like it was available. They may have removed the features of the app when they stopped distributing it on the App Store.

If you have tried what was suggested by the app provider, have removed the app and then restarted and updated the iPhone to current, and then re-downloaded the app, then contact app support for that app:
