So, who Replaced the Screen?:
Is it YOU who replaced the screen? Or was it someone else?
Get a New Screen:
Your iPhone Screen has been installed incorrectly. So, if you did not perform he repair, then contact the persons who performs the repair. They need to fix this, on their end.
Getting a New iPhone Screen:
Contact Apple, and setup a Genius Bar Appointment or see an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) in your local area. Be wary as to where you get this item, ask you may get an error of an ungenuine Mac screen. So, to avoid this continual message, it is best to have an Apple or an AASP replace the battery. So, where to get a new battery:
A. Apple Contact Info:
B. Contact an AASP:
Did you have your screen replaced by someone other than Apple or an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider? If you did, FaceID won't work again as only Apple or Apple Authorized Service Providers have access to authentic Apple parts. And if you had someone not authorized replace your screen Apple won't touch your phone moving forward. It is possible you can get Apple to agree to replace the screen on your iPhone, but you'd need to ask Apple if they will. They may. They may not. You should also have a notification that you have don't have authentic parts in your iPhone. Will make it impossible to trade the phone in and very difficult to sell it to someone.
If Apple Replaced the screen themselves, take it back to Apple. Otherwise, you'll have to live without FaceID now.
