Apple care plus plans acceptance internationally

my Family is travelling to us and I am planning to purchase a Mac Book along with the care plus plan. I want to know whether the care plus plan would be accepted in India.

No, probably not. Apple's terms include that coverage may be restricted to the country of purchase.
