If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support

When you pair your AirPods, do you see that both the left and the right AirPods are paired?

If you don't see the left AirPod, please put it back to the charging case. Please make sure that the charging case is free of any dirt or debris.

If you see that both the left and the right AirPods are connected, please try a different app or audio source?

If possible, try to pair your AirPods with a different device to further isolate the issue.

If the issue persists, please use the support link below to explore your service options.
