Zero trade in value for MacBook Pro M1 Max

I have moved to Thailand from the UK. I have a 16-inch M1 Max MacBook Pro with 1TB of SSD and 32GB of RAM in pristine condition. The laptop has a UK keyboard. When I enter the serial number in the Trade-In, it states that the laptop is worth 0 baht which doesn't seem right. Is the problem here because the laptop is a UK version?

Hello DiddyGeee,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. The Trade In value depends on the device, model, manufacturer, and condition. You can get an estimate either by answering a few questions about your device or if you haven't already, you can  bring in your device to your local Apple Store, and a Specialist will inspect it and give you an exact value.

We hope this information is useful. Kind regards.
