I set up a Legacy Contact. All went fine until I got to the Sharing screen. The only option I had was to “Print,” not the “Send Message” option, which is what I prefer to do. I read the troubleshooting info, but it doesn’t seem to resolve it, since we are both using iPhones running versions of iOS 16. Any ideas?

Good information sparky04, thank you. Since her device is a few iOS versions behind at this point, we'd recommend having her update first.
Then test sharing her screen again to see if you have the correct options expected. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your response. That is the article I already had. The issue is that we both have new iPhones on iOS 16, but I don’t get the option to share the key with her via message (which I’d rather do than sending an image of the key). This situation doesn’t seem to be covered in that article, as it only mentions people could have this issue if they’ve got older systems or non-Apple devices, none of which apply.
I have 16.6, she has 16.1
