For general music listening, Apple Music is the only available subscription. You can purchase content through iTunes, but Apple Music is the only subscription streaming. There is iTunes Match - described at Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support - which assists with synchronizing content. Are you referring to an iTunes Match subscription? iTunes Match isn't available for Android devices, but you can use it on your PC with iTunes.

With an Apple Music subscription you can access your music on your Android device.
