I keep turning my location in I’ve even added my man to my family but unbeknownst to me, it shuts itself off when I assume he can see my location. He tells me I turned it off but I have never one time ever turned it off on purpose. What can I do and why does it do that to just him????

When you share your location in Find My as described in Find people and share your location with Find My there are different options for that choice:
"6. Choose to share your location for One Hour, Until End of Day, or Share Indefinitely."
Check that you're using the steps in that article to share your location and also that you're not defaulting to an hour or end of day for the permission.

I’m having the same issue, but I am for sure pressing share indefinitely
I am having this same issue only for one contact I literally turn it on indefinitely share location and everyday it turns off and it’s only happening to one contact..
I have the same problem with just one contact, my son. Extremely frustrated
