Prevent certain numbers from ever being blocked

My 93 year old father has an iPhone 6. The only contacts in the phone are close family members. He has early dementia and constantly plays with the phone ending up accidentally blocking our numbers. Can I specify mobile numbers that are never to be blocked on his mobile?

That’s a pity. Maybe Theresa market for Apple to add certain optional features to their iPhone range that are targeted at seniors eg

As an option, once a number is saved to Favourites it can never be accidentally blocked
adding as an option a two step process (eg requiring your pin) to switch onto aeroplane mode, silent mode

These options could be used by the carer etc

We’vd had to dump his iPhone and buy a KISA dementia phone.
