Having problems getting audio into my new Mac Studio. As soon as I plug my USB interface into the USB-A socket the headphone socket on the Mac Studio stops working and I cannot even monitor the audio as my Bluetooth headphones connect but no sound either. Help…

system preferences > Sound > Output
should allow you to direct sound output to the interface of your choosing. If not all outputs are shown for selection, you have a different problem.
Hi thanks for the reply but the trouble I’m having is hearing a USB input. In Adobe Audition I can toggle the’I’ box and hear the USB input but outside Audition the USB audio is silent. Is there a tiny toggle switch I have missed in ‘SOUND’ or ‘MIDI’ think I’ve tried them all. Cheers.
