Family Sharing plan
Hello,
Regarding apple family sharing. If I download an app for example. Will all other members in the family sharing group know what app I just downloaded?

They can if they look for it and you do not hide it. They will not automatically be notified about it.

Use your iPhone or iPad to download content that family members purchased
1. Open the App Store, Apple TV app, or Apple Books.
2. Find your family member's purchases.
◦ App Store: Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen, then tap Purchased.
◦ Apple TV app: Tap the Library tab, then tap Family Sharing.
◦ Apple Books: Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen.
3. Tap your family member's name to see their content. Learn what to do if you don’t see any content or can't tap your family member (click here —> If you can't find your family's shared content - Apple Support ).
4. To download an item, tap the Download button next to it.

- "You can see your purchase history, but you can't remove apps from your purchase history."
- "If you don't want to see an app in your list of purchases in the App Store, hide it."
- "When you hide an app, it won't appear in your list of purchases in the App Store. If you use Family Sharing, the app also won't appear in family members' purchases and won't be available for family members to redownload. But the app will still appear in your purchase history."
- "Hiding an app doesn't cancel a subscription. If you use Family Sharing and you hide an app that you subscribed to, the Family Organizer will still be notified of charges each time the subscription renews."
You can't delete subscriptions from your purchase history but you can hide them. See this document: Hide purchases from the App Store; click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201322. Confusingly it only mentions hiding apps but according to Apple (as Recommended in: how do i delete an expired subscription - Apple Community ) subscriptions get hidden too.
