Screen Flickering

I woke up to my mac screen flickering with lines.

At first, when the lines would go away when the display is moved to a certain angle however that no longer happens.

I've tried various software fixes such as resetting SMC, ram resets, booting safe mood etc...

Last night I ran the built-in diagnostics and the results said no problems found (Code ADP000)

Has anyone experienced this and what worked for you guys?

Things to note: This mac was dropped before, the touch bar doesn't work however that was way back in 2020.

Device info: MacBook Pro 2019... OS Ventura
