AirPods work with everything except my 14 pro.

My AirPod pros just starting cutting out yesterday on my new 14 pro. They work on everything else I’ve tried them on. Even my wife’s 14 pro. They’re connected, but they cut in and out for a bit and the. Go completely silent. What the heck is going on?!
