My iPhone is hacked

My phone is hacked and when I factory reset it they are back in it within minutes. What kind of virus is it and how do I get rid of it.

No, if you haven't jailbroken your iPhone, it's not possible.


What kind of virus is it and how do I get rid of it.

Do you use an antivirus app?

If so, remove it.

Most antivirus apps for your iPhone aren't really designed to find viruses. They are often security programs that bundle multiple functions to justify the price asked. It is quite difficult for security software makers to make a really good antivirus app, because Apple has pretty much boarded up the system.

What makes you think your phone has been hacked? The likelihood that that has happened is pretty close to zero. But, there are lots of other things that can go wrong. If you explain exactly what you're seeing, you'll get more than generic advice.
