Why has my "All Contacts" list disappeared and I now only have "iCloud List" in my contacts lists? Where have my "All Contacts" gone? and how do i get them back?

I'm sorry. That was not clear to me from your original post.
What other accounts are you expecting to see? Go to Settings>Contacts>Accounts and make sure you are logged into everything you think you should be.
There is no “All Contacts” …thus my inquiry. Where did it go?
Go to the top left of the page. Tap on "Lists". Tap on "All Contacts".
