Contact card info and notes shows when I send email

With recent changes, I see that when I send an email A LOT of information goes to the recipient…everything I have on the contacts card (which might be notes about the person) plus as the sender my phone number and alternate emails go. How do I stop this?

Hi there LHO13,

To confirm, you'll be emailing a contact and the information from your contact card on that recipient is being shared with them in the email? We want to make sure we fully understand what's going on, so that we can provide relevant information or next steps.

Do you notice this still happening after restarting the device you are using? If you are using an iPad, the steps below show how to restart, which can sometimes help resolve issues that might be unexpected:

How to restart an iPad with a Home button
1. Press and hold the top button until the power off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait for 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the top button until you see the Apple logo.

Those steps are from this article: Restart your iPad If needed, there are steps on how to restart an iPad that doesn't have a Home button in that article too.

Take care.
