iPhone 14 Pro Max shocked me while on a call

Today I was walking down the street while on a call (phone against my ear) when I felt the muscles around my ear contracting, soon followed by my eyelids (on the same side). It was extremely painful, and luckily quickly resided as soon as I pulled the phone away from my head.

Thinking this is definitely something to take seriously, eh?
