photos in iCloud doubled in size

Hello, i am facing a weird issue with iCloud Photos. Today I've noticed that photos in my iCloud storage takes way more storage, than in any other device. For example here is the screenshot from my iCloud account

and here is screenshot of my photo library size on my MacBook

I use to check my iCloud storage pretty often, and I am pretty convinced that no more than week ago everything seemed to be normal.

Also I want to mention that everything is synced up

Is there any explanation of this phenomenon? I've searched up google, but found nothing useful, or some old posts from 2016 that also wasn't helpful.
