Oh man, that's frustrating, isn't it? It's like, one minute everything's working perfectly and the next, boom! Technical glitches. Let's try to get you back up and running.

First off, don't stress. We'll start with the basics and then dig into some of the more nuanced solutions if needed. Cool?

### Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

1. **Reconnect to Wi-Fi**: Make sure both your smart TV and your tablet/phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. You'd be surprised how often this is the issue.

2. **Software Update**: Sometimes older versions of software can cause compatibility issues. Check if there are any software updates for your tablet, phone, and smart TV.

3. **Restart Devices**: Turn off and restart your smart TV, tablet, and phone. This often clears out any bugs or issues that could be causing the problem.

### For AirPlay specifically:

4. **Check AirPlay Settings**: On your smart TV, go to settings and see if AirPlay is enabled. Sometimes these settings can get toggled off for various reasons.

5. **Visibility**: On your iPad, open the Control Center, tap on Screen Mirroring, and see if your smart TV is listed. If not, there may be an issue with the AirPlay service on either device.

6. **Firewall/Router**: Sometimes the problem could be with the network itself, particularly if you've got some firewall settings that might block the devices from communicating. A quick way to test this would be to try connecting to a different network, if possible.

7. **Factory Reset**: As a last resort, you could consider doing a factory reset on your devices, but keep in mind this will delete all your settings and data, so make sure to back up your stuff before you go this route.

If you've tried all of these steps and you're still having issues, then we might need to dive into some of the more advanced settings or consider that there might be a hardware issue.

In my opinion, tech issues like these can be super annoying but are often solvable with a little patience. Let me know how it goes! 🤞
