A crash report seems to generate every time I opt to shut down my machine.

when I shut down my MAcBook decently and restart it, it open with the 'you shut down your computer because of a problem'-comment (which seems untrue to me). in the crashreport it says it is the remote [115]-process. does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

If you don't absolutely need Bluejeans and F-secure for work or some other requirement, I'd suggest you remove them as a test. I know many people have reported issues with VPN's. if you do remove them, make sure you use their recommended removal procedures or uninstallers from their websites. Those are two things that stand out to me that could very well be causing you issues.

Before you do that, you could however try booting into safemode to let it run diagnostics and fix things it finds wrong first.

Aside from that, I'd wait for other contributors to see what they might have from your Report.

You might want to Download and install the Application (Download here: Etrecheck.) This is a Diagnostic Tool creates a detailed report of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer. The application is free but also has a paid version that has added features. This will allow contributors here to see if perhaps there is something on your computer that might be causing the problem.
